APDC is led by an executive committee:

Officers are elected for two year terms at the December meeting and can be re-elected. New officers begin their role at the annual meeting in February. Every February, the Chairperson presents an annual summary of the prior year.

Meetings are usually held the second Wednesday of February, April, June, September, October and December from 8:30 to 10:00 AM.
Membership dues are $30 for individuals and $50 for organizations sending more than one person.
